Dec 01, 2021As the energy of the world intensifies each day for us all every day as we are faced with choices, decisions that can change the course of our own life and the life's of others for the future.
A choice to speak up or stay quiet, the choice to unite or divide, the choice to stay in a job, relationship, community or to leave. None of which is an easy choice and each choice will change for not only yourself but for others.
Our basic human needs are to be seen, heard and understood and now more than ever this is so important we see, hear and understand one another whether you agree with their choice and decisions.
I've had some amazing conversations with people from both choices and had such a deeper understanding of them as an individual that I have the ever-deeper compassion and love for humans. I've also had some difficult conversations and walked away shaken and dismayed by how quickly people can turn on each other. I know deep down it isn't personal and each person is being triggered by the energy, trauma, emotions and so much more. Information overload, the discussions with people daily, being on social media seeing and hearing it all.
I have had days where I have wanted to stay hidden, to not be seen, heard or understood. As the energy has been so overwhelming to take some of the days, as an empath, I feel it all and then some. So right now has been intense with the energy all around me, really feeling the pain in the world.
Other days I feel great and empowered to speak up, and out bringing order to the chaos, to be seen, heard and understood. To speak up for others and to help other people to share and speak up and it together. I feel at times I have the whole weight of the world on my shoulders and a responsibility to people, clients and the community.
As humans, we are all going through our own lives journey and navigating each day with the choices we are faced with. Time to be kind, compassionate, empathetic, loving and caring.
How you are feeling, and how the energy may be affecting you, you are not alone. If you are having days like these I feel you and here are a couple of things to share that may help you.
On the not so good days I:
- Mediate up to twice a day
- Yoga
- Breathwork several times a day to regulate my nervous system
- Connect to my heart, by placing my hand on my heart and just breathing.
- Resting, nurturing myself as a mother would.
- Make nurturing homemade food
- Sleep more to rest and restore
On the days I feel really good and energised I
- Put myself out there to be seen and heard
- Create content to help others
- Share blogs, videos about life's journey and how it could help them
- Send people messages and voice notes to check in and offer support.
- Work on business for further planning
- Apply for podcasts, speaking gigs and more.
I still do my meditations, yoga and breathwork it is just a little less on the good days.
This is what I have found works for me, take what you need for yourself from this and what feels good for you to do.
