Our hearts is where we find the truth, we find the truth of ourselves. The place we call home, where we feel nurtured, supported and affection.

Our hearts know you, your true authentic self, it guides us to what we are here to do for ourselves and the collective. 

Our hearts knows, feels, listens, but we don't always feel, hear or connect with her as we get so busy with life. All of your thoughts, how our mind keeps us busy and distracted. It clouds our true self and we forget to come home to our hearts, the truth. 

We can get lost in life's journey, thinking we are not worthy, deserving of what we are here to do. The truth, hope, transformation to have the business, job, home, relationships........ success, freedom, choices to be our true selves. So we keep our hearts closed staying in our heads thinking and believing that's who we are.......

Do you know and believe that's who you truly are and here to do? 

or do you know deep down what you know and feel in your heart? 

The heart knows the truth, so next time you are in your head, busy with life, stop yourself and come back home to your heart. Feel and connect with her share the truth and feel your heart open fully and be guided as the woman you are here to be. 

 If you feel at times lost, lonely, hopeless, doubtful, anxious, defeated, it's not the truth. 

Take your left hand and place it over your heart and have an appreciation for who you are and for all the good in your life, Know in your heart the truth, stay here for a few minutes and feel nurtured, supported, and guided. That's you, you've been there all along, your heart never leaves you it's always there, holding you, protecting you, keeping you safe, and loved. Your heart never gets angry, annoyed, frustrated with you, it's there will pure full love for you.
